rough, becoming very rough in northwest. Rain and drizzle.
Visibility locally moderate.

ROMEO :
Northwest 5 or 6, occasionally 7 at first, , decreasing 3 to 5 from
west soon then backing Southwest 4 to 6 later with gusts. Rough
decreasing moderate. Showers.

CHARCOT :
Northwest 4 or 5 locally 6 in far northeast, decreasing 3 or 4
later then backing Southwesterly 3 to 5 in morning. Moderate or
rough decreasing soon. Few showers in northeast.
